LLP, Kazakhstan Lubricants Refinery is one of Kazakhstan’s top three oil refineries. It was developed during the Great Patriotic War and began operating in 2015. The refinery is owned by Kazakhstan Lubricants Refinery, LLP. The designed processing capacity is 2.5 million tons per year, with a processing depth of up to 86.4%.
The company manufactures more than 20 (including marks) commodity petroleum products, including liquefied petroleum gases, automobile, diesel fuels, jet engine fuels, vacuum gas oil, heating oil, fuel oil, marine fuel, petroleum cokes, technical sulfur, paraxylene, and benzene. Today, the factory is Kazakhstan’s sole maker of petrochemical products.

LLP, Kazakhstan Lubricants Refinery’s certification for adherence to the international standards ISO 14001 (environmental protection) and OHSAS 18001 (health and safety), as well as the implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems for its projects and products, enable the company to strengthen its market position, strengthen relationships with its partners and investors, and reduce direct and indirect costs. Over a short period of time, the Company made significant success in merging its oil production and refining businesses, improving corporate governance effectiveness and strengthening financial discipline. In terms of output volume, the Company topped all other Kazakhstan oil producers in 2022, producing 4.6 million tons of oil. This became the fifth-largest IPO in the history of the global stock.
